As a Project Manager within the online casino industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and product innovation. You'll oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Project Planning & Execution:

    • Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

    • Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution while adhering to budgetary constraints.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with product development, marketing, IT, and compliance teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.

    • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

    • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all teams.

  • Risk & Issue Management:

    • Proactively identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.

    • Address project roadblocks efficiently to maintain progress.

  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

    • Ensure all projects comply with gambling regulations and industry standards in the jurisdictions where the online casino operates.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Track project performance, analyse metrics, and deliver post-project evaluations to inform continuous improvement efforts.

    • Produce comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Innovation & Optimisation:

    • Explore emerging technologies and trends in online gaming to enhance project outcomes.

    • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational improvements.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

●      Experience in within the iGaming industry is preferred.

●      Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building strong relationships.

●      Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and optimising revenue.

●      Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

●      Fluency in both written and spoken English.

●      Additional language skills would be a great advantage e.g. Russian
