A well established Online Casino Operator is looking to grow the CRM team to support a thriving brand and drive retention strategy.

Please note this is an onsite position based in Malta.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Assist the CRM manager with the monthly CRM campaign plan, follow up on results with the rest of the team.
Collate and coordinate campaign briefs within the team and other key stakeholders where needed to ensure timelines are adhered to.
Create engaging copy whilst embodying the brand's tone of voice across onsite copy, content, emails, banners etc. and ensure this encourages new and existing players to engage with the brand.
Keep content up to date e.g. text and resources on the brand site.
Utilise internal stakeholders and third-party provider platforms to create campaign-specific pages and promotions.
Create efficient customer segmentation.
Manage and execute the brands’ content and delivery: including set up, testing, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
Set up the execution of automated activities.
Ensure all operations departments are aware of upcoming campaigns.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Fully fluent in English, written and verbal.
Maintain a commercial mindset whilst looking at data.
Prior experience in CRM for online casino is a must,
Methodical and structured.
Fluency in German, Norwegian or Finnish would be a great advantage.
Enjoys being part of a team but can also work autonomously.
Experience in an iGaming company is key.
