Affiliate Manager

WHAT'S THE JOB?

A successful and established iGaming start-up are looking for a super driven and highly networked Affiliate Manager to join their team in Malta, reporting into the Head of Affiliates.

You will be supporting in driving the acquisition strategy and using your extensive network to build those key, long lasting relationships that ensure success and steady and growing stream of NDC's and revenue.

This is the opportunity for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable individual to work in an integral area of the business and make it their own.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Research, recruit and activate new affiliates focusing on online casino (crypto is a plus).

  • Build relationships and maximise performance from existing affiliates.

  • Answer day-to-day affiliate enquiries.

  • Plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions.

  • Plan and specify new affiliate marketing strategies.

  • Negotiate deals, promotions, and incentives with affiliates.

  • Coordinate and management of all bulk emails to affiliates including newsletters and special promotions.

  • Manage and maintain up-to-date affiliate mailing lists.

  • Research and develop new marketing methods and promotions.

  • Identify key affiliates and work closely to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue.

  • Assist in the planning of affiliate events and meetings with third-party networks to strengthen relationships and grow existing business in addition to acquisition.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the traffic purchased and the ROI expected.

  • Monitor traffic and report results regularly to the team manager.

  • Keep up to date with changes in the markets we are working with, whilst looking for new markets to enter.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  • At least 3 years experience in an Affiliate Manager role or similar.

  • Great communicative skills and ability to build key relationships.

  • You are data driven and proficient with Microsoft Office, especially using Excel.

  • Experience in European markets.

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must, any other languages are seen as an advantage but not necessary.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with online casino products.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • A good team player with a can do attitude.

  • Knowledge of Affilka is a bonus but not a must.

  • Must be based in Malta.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is essential.

  • A passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices is highly valued.

  • The role may involve occasional weekend or evening work to meet project deadlines or attend events.
